Capture the moment without missing the action; let Shannon take care of photographing your event. During a pre-event meeting, you dictate which expected moments or guests of honor are priority shots. Otherwise, Shannon will quietly float around the room and journal the activities.
Photos can be used for posting on social networking sites, to thank sponsors, recognize award recipients, improve your press releases, etc.. Once final selections are made, the photos become yours to use as you see fit.
